Letting it out...

our news, that is.

I'm sure you can imagine the level of excitement in our hearts right now.  Sweet baby, you have been a long time coming.  We have endured two miscarriages, a diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease, several doctors,  shots to the belly, and lots of heartache to get you to us.  At 6 weeks in, we were told we had lost you.  After 3 days of extreme tears, it turned out they were wrong.  You stuck and you are here to stay, this I absolutely know.  You are already deep within my heart and soul.  I pray everyday for you to grow strong and healthy.

I am 13 weeks pregnant and could not possibly be more excited.

Backyard fun!!

What else to do when the weather is 100+ degrees every day and being outside is pure torture?  Break out the water of course!

Our new frog friend.

Helping give Boss a bath.

Not fond of the grassy hands.

Still helping.

Waterslide fun! Who needs a water park?

Slip and slide.

Children's Museum

Since I clearly have nothing to say, here are some pictures from our visit to the little Children's Museum (not to be confused with the BIG children's museum downtown), we like to visit.  A few weeks old, but oh well.

Exploring the truck.  He loved pretending he was driving.

Trains!  Of course.  He loves trains when we are anywhere else, though he rarely actually uses the train table we got him for Christmas.

Fireman dress up.

Matthew to the rescue!!

It was kind of hilarious watching him try to slide down the fireman's pole.

He liked this thing.  Whatever you want to call it.

King Matthew!
