Yes. We did let our child watch dvd's to keep him quiet. He was mesmorized in Elmo land for at least a 1/2 hour.

And a thumbs up. He honestly was still saying what a great vacation this is at this point. (hmmm...the power of positive thinking perhaps?? Seems to have worked wonders for him.)
One day post-op- already up with the physical therapist for a walk.

I feel the same way about Elmo...nothing wrong with a little distraction!!! Mike looks great after all that!!!!
